Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We have two parts to delivery:

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipment.
• Shipping Time: Standard Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many international locations. You can confirm eligibility and view shipping costs by entering your address at checkout. Note that the customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned with all original tags attached. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: You can initiate a return or exchange through our online Returns Portal  using your order number and email address. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
